Interactive Installation for the Exhibition “Israelis and Germans”.

For the exhibition “Israelis and Germans”, travelling in Israel and Germany on occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic exchange between the two countries, we at SYNTOP created a networked installation called “dialog of things”. It enables visitors in both countries to engage in a non-verbal dialogue by placing erveyday things on a screen and photographing it, showing it on a similar screen in the other country. Over time, stacks, collages of everyday artifacts from both cultures, are assembled.
